helps them to build their self-confidence,sense

chidren to be patriotic and make aware
about integrity of the nation the birth
and death anniversaries of our national
leaders are celebrated. The episodes from
the mythology and biographies of great
personolities are explained to them at
the week end sittings. |

| VATSALYA'S main aim is,
about the self-reliance of the children.
So they are trained in vocational skills
and income generating professions. At
present some of the inmates are being
trained in Garment making, Chalk-piece
making and House wiring. |
